Good clear contact details are essential for us to be able to confirm order date of delivery, method of payment and any alternatives if your product is unavailable.

Orders: Please order as far in advance as possible, this enables us to provide a top service to everyone. Orders must be completed by Monday 12:00. After that we cannot promise to include any goods in the next delivery (subject to change). Because we are shipping perishable and seasonable goods, once your order is confirmed, your order most likely cannot be cancelled or changed, unless your delivery date is more than two weeks ahead. Delivery: Usually delivery will be on Tuesday morning. On occasion it might be possible to deliver on Mondays. Meat and fish, which gets delivered by plane, has different delivery times.

Payment: We accept all major credit cards or cash payment on delivery. If your order is above € 500, - we will need a credit card number as security. We will keep you credit card information on file until your order is finalized. All client contact and payment details will be kept private and will not be passed onto third parties.
